A 1916 California bungalow duplex in central Hollywood: two matching period interiors, two private gardens, a ten-foot hedge, and a park across the street.
Send a location inquiryTwo blocks south of Sunset and ten minutes from the Walk of Fame, the house reads as early Hollywood, 1920s to 1950s period, Craftsman, garden cottage, or a contemporary Los Angeles rental, depending on what you bring.
The two units are mirror images, so a scene can play in one while the other holds crew, wardrobe or video village. Both have original wood floors, built-ins, period windows with plantation shutters, a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink, and two bedrooms off a central living room. The exteriors are painted wood siding with dark trim.
There is no rate card. Every job is different, so we quote a total for the job once we know the scope: production type, dates and hours including prep and strike, the areas you need, crew size and vehicles, and what changes on the property. The quote spells out what it includes, with prep, strike, hold and overtime stated up front. Payment is due before load-in, with a refundable deposit sized to the job and a photographed walkthrough at load-in and wrap.
Small productions, student films and stills are welcome; tell us what you are working with.
Scouting-size originals are available on request.
A second location, a 1963 midcentury hillside house with a pool and an ocean view in La Habra Heights, lists here when its renovation is finished.
Tell us about the job and we reply the same day with questions or a quote. Scouts are welcome to come by.
