Booking terms

These are the terms for direct bookings with De Longpre Enterprises LLC. Each stay is also covered by a short furnished-stay agreement you sign before check-in; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Stays. Minimum 30 nights. Furnished, short-term license, not a lease or tenancy. No subletting, no extensions without written agreement, no use of the address for mail, ID, or residency.

Payment. By card through Stripe. The full amount, or a deposit and balance as stated on your payment link, is due before check-in.

Cancellation. Full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that, cancellations more than 30 days before check-in are refunded less a one-night fee; within 30 days, the first 30 nights are non-refundable. We will always try to re-book the dates and refund what we recover.

House rules. No smoking or vaping. No parties, events, or filming. Only the guests named on the booking. Pets by prior agreement. Quiet after 10 PM weeknights and midnight weekends. Treat the home as your own.

Damage. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused by you or your guests.
