De Longpre has a private fenced yard with a deck under a century-old avocado tree, plus a front patio and a back patio. The front path crosses a small lawn to the porch; the hedge along the street is ten feet tall, so from the deck you hear the park and not much else. String lights over the deck make it the place most guests end up in the evening.
We host stays of 31 nights or more; many guests stay two to four months. Booked direct, De Longpre is $4,530 a month, utilities and cleaning included, or $4,400 if you pay by bank transfer or cash, about 13% less than the same home on Airbnb. You get a short furnished-stay agreement to sign and a payment link; the booking terms are short too.

6655 De Longpre Avenue, at Cherokee, Los Angeles 90028: two blocks south of Sunset Boulevard, across the street from De Longpre Park and its playground. The Walk of Fame is about a ten-minute walk, the Hollywood/Highland and Hollywood/Vine Metro stations are walkable, and Universal Studios is one stop on the B Line. The other half of the duplex, Cherokee, is a mirror image of this one with its own garden, and the two are fully independent.
